I lost my key / I broke my key

How annoying! We will make sure you have a new key as soon as possible. We charge a fee of € 15,- per new key. In case of a broken key the there is no additional charge. Contact our customer support to make an appointment. 

Is the key still in your lock and can't you lock your bike? Please put your bike in a safe place until the next appointment.

To prevent our bikes from misuse, we would like to keep an eye on our keys. Therefore, it is not allowed to make a spare key on your own.
